Mark finished his read of my latest project, and it turned out better than expected. Sure, there were a number of first draft things, and one scene that was a disaster. But the story and characters were believable, the plot drew him forward, and the "B" plot dovetailed in as I had hoped. Hoping I can do a quick fix of that this week and try a couple more readers before finally getting back in to The Way.
